Flights will arrive at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport - in order to get to the city centre, you should take bus number 100E, which departs directly from the airport and goes in the direction of Deák Ferenc square. The detailed route of the bus is available here - tickets cost 900 HUF (approx. 3 Euros). Alternative options are available here.

Please note that the dates for the conference are July 23-27, and sessions are scheduled for each day. Because of the Hungarian Grand Prix coinciding with the final day of the conference, we have not been able to secure a special deal for the last day at these hotels. This link at present takes you to a four-day reservation.
To change the dates, choose the blue "Select" button next to the hotel you would like to reserve. At the top right of the next page, you'll see the default dates and a box that says "Edit." Click that box and adjust the dates. You'll then be taken to a page with various room options. When you select one of those, the Hume Society rate should be the first option you are given.
The Ibis will let you book with a checkout on the 28th, preserving the conference rate except for the last day. The Mercure will only let you do this if your check-out is the 27th. If you'd like to stay at the Mercure but want to check out on the 28th, you have the option of making two separate reservations with them.
In addition, we have negotiated a special rate at the following three hotels, on a first-come, first-served basis. To book these, you should contact the email address listed and give them the code HUMECO. (The last line of each is the hotel web site.)
